Every time you make a RESERVATION, you win 1 Shield upon your arrival. In addition, it gives all of you the opportunity to have the best experience with us and enjoy all we have to offer.

FOR AN UNFORGETTABLE TIME

1. Make a Reservation
Booking ahead gives you the opportunity to start the conversation with us before your arrival contributing to an unforgettable outing, especially when you are celebrating a special occasion, have questions, requests, or simply hate waiting.

2. Check In Early (both you and all your guests)
Your reservation activates Guest Privileges through a unique link that you can share with your guests allowing them to Check In Early for a Triple Win while, at the same time, registering them as your guests. This way, when you and all your guests arrive your table will be waiting for you, all arrangements will be ready as requested, you will not have to wait, and you will just redeem your Triple Wins and have a great time!

WIN 1 : CHECK IN BONUS

Check in as an Insider and win an immediate Bonus with every visit. You can Check In once per visit. You can only Check In online, either early or upon your arrival.

Simply entering our business is not considered a visit. For your visit to be valid, you must make a Dine In food or drink order. You cannot Check In and win a Bonus for Take Away or Delivery orders.
To Check In, you must be an Insider and scan the QR code you will find on your table. Then enter the confirmation code you will get from your waiter to redeem your Triple Win. If you have previously completed an Early Check In from your home, then upon your arrival you can scan the same QR code and instantly redeem your Triple Win.

WIN 2: CHECK IN BOTTLES

In addition, each Check In contributes to your Check In Streak, enabling you to level up and win Bottles. After you win a Bonus, you are automatically taken to the Check In Streak page where you land at your current level and can see how many check ins you need to maintain a streak and win the Bottle you see there. The higher the level, the more options you have. As you level up, your bottle options increase and you can choose the bottle you want to win on each level.

With every Check In, your bottle automatically fills up by one dose. Each time you break the streak, your bottle empties by one dose. When the bottle fills up completely, you have leveled up which means that you have won the Bottle of that level for immediate or future use. All Bottles expire in 30 days and are stored in your Insider account until they are redeemed or expire, whichever occurs first.

At 3 SEASONS you must Check In every 1 day. to maintain your Streak. To help Insiders win bottles as often as possible, we created Streak Shields that automatically protect your bottle when you break your Streak and don't let it empty. Learn more about Shields below in chapter 6.

WIN 3: CHECK IN CASHBACK

With every Check In you also win Cashback on your individual consumption which is calculated as the average of the total bill. The Cashback you already have in your Wallet is automatically used as a bill discount, while the new Cashback you will earn will be credited to your Wallet after the bill is paid. Cashback never expires.

WIN 4: STREAK SHIELDS

We created Shields to help Insiders level up and win bottles as often as possible. Streak Shields protect your bottle automatically when you break your Streak and do not let it empty. At 3 SEASONS you must Check In every 1 day. to maintain your Streak.

WHY SHIELDS ARE VALUABLE You can use as many Shields as you have but never more than 2 consecutive times. This means that if you break your Streak 3 times in a row, only 2 of your Shields will be used to protect your bottle. After you Check In again, only then any remaining Shields you may have can be used to protect your bottle – but always only 2 consecutive Shields at a time.

HOW TO WIN SHIELDS
1. Become an Insider & automatically win your first Shield.
2. Make a reservation & win 1 Shield upon your arrival.
You can win unlimited Shields by making reservations every time you visit us. Every reservation additionally enables both you and your guests to Check In Early from wherever you are and then redeem your Triple Win upon your arrival.
3. Treat friends & win 1 Shield with each friend who becomes an Insider
You can earn unlimited Shields by treating as many friends and acquaintances as you want to a drink (which does not cost you or them anything).

YOUR DOG

Visit your dog (a fun meme) whenever you want to treat a friend to a drink and win a shield! You will find your dog and the ‘SEND A DRINK AND WIN 1 SHIELD’ gadget here and next to your bottle when you Check in. Your dog enables you to share drinks through social media or by sending your personal link through text or email message. Any drink you send to treat your friends does not cost you or them anything! Instead, you win a Streak Shield with every friend who accepts it and becomes an Insider.

YOUR VAULT

Visit your vault in your account. There you will always find:

• Your Cashback Wallet with all your transactions
• All the Rewards you have won or redeemed (bonus, bottles, etc.)
• All your Reservations and a link to the page of each upcoming reservation so you can use the Guest Privileges or cancel the reservation or find any information you need.

YOUR INSIDER PROFILE & PRIVACY

Your Profile is the second page of your account. Here you find all your Profile information. Wherever you see an info button next to a field, you can hover over it with your mouse to read some useful information. In your account Profile you will find:

• Your personal details. You can change these according to your needs.
• Your log. This is the log of your registration and any changes you have made.
• The freeze account button. Here you can freeze your account for a specific length of time. Freezing your account permits you to maintain your account history, status, and earnings while freezing the use of your account and all notifications until you unfreeze it.
• The delete account button. Here you can delete your account permanently with 3 clicks. This action is immediate, permanent and irreversible.
• Your email notification settings. Here you set your preferences for each type of notification. Account notifications are necessary for the functioning of your account and cannot be turned off. New reward notifications give you the additional capability to adjust their frequency.
• Your email settings log. This is the log of your email notifications with all the changes you have made.
• The add to contacts file. Here you can download a file with our contact details, so you never miss any email notifications from us.
• Your SMS notification settings and your mobile number. Here you can change your mobile number and set the frequency of SMS notification or withdraw and/or re-issue the license to send you text messages. Account notifications are necessary for the functioning of your account and cannot be turned off. Notifications for Specials give you the additional capability to adjust their frequency. We might send you 2-12 such notification for Specials per calendar year depending on your settings. But we do not promise to send you notifications via SMS for Specials (rare opportunities) so it is advisable to monitor your email. We primarily send notifications by email. For the smooth operation and security of your account, it is very important to keep your mobile number up to date. This is the mobile phone you use to log in AND the mobile phone you provide to authenticate your account.
• Your Mobile log. This is the log of your SMS notifications with all the changes you have made.
• Your web push settings. Web push notifications can be activated through the browser you use on each device. We suggest that at the very least you activate web push notifications on the device you use the most.
